LANGUAGE ARTS:

·         Every Thursday- Grammar Quiz

·         Every Friday-Spelling Test

·         Each week there will be a Selection Test on the prior week’s reading.

·         Students will be required to read one book per marking period and complete a project.  5^th Grade required reading-Hatchet and Number the Stars.

SOCIAL STUDIES

·         Every Friday students will be given a Homework Sheet for the following week’s homework assignments.

o   Tuesday- a map will be due, quiz on the map will be on Friday.

o   Wednesday-Journal (Reading and writing assignment)

o    Friday-Current Event summary

o   Every Friday will be a map quiz.

SCIENCE-There will be weekly quizzes.
